1. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing or using IQPins, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The IQPins service
IQPins provides Pinterest keyword research, public account analysis, content-planning and Pin-creation tools. IQPins is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pinterest.
Features, supported sources and technical availability may change as the product develops. We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue functionality, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials and authentication codes confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
You may not share access in a way that bypasses product limits, attempt to access another user's data or interfere with security and billing controls.
4. User content and product output
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant IQPins a limited right to store, process, transform and display that content only as needed to operate the service and provide requested output.
You are responsible for ensuring that your queries, URLs, files, products, images, claims and resulting use comply with applicable law, Pinterest policies and third-party rights. You must review generated or collected output before relying on or publishing it.
5. Access, payments and service credits
IQPins does not sell an automatically renewing subscription. A qualifying one-time payment activates or renews a time-limited access period for Keywords and Accounts. You decide whether and when to make another payment.
Payments may also issue service credits for eligible paid IQPins actions. Service credits are not money and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, resold or redeemed for cash. Payment calculations, expiry, reservation, reversal and refund rules are part of the Billing, Access & Service Credits Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
The payment page shows the real payment, provider fee, total, credits to be issued, access result, expiry and policy version before checkout. A paid action shows its service-credit price before confirmation.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use IQPins to:
- violate applicable law, platform policies or third-party rights;
- create, collect or publish deceptive, infringing, abusive or harmful material;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation with Pinterest;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or bypass IQPins systems, limits or security controls;
- use another person's account, payment method or data without authorization.
7. Intellectual property
The IQPins software, interface, documentation, text, graphics and brand elements are owned by IQPins or its licensors. Except where law permits otherwise, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse them.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
IQPins is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee a specific quantity or quality of collected data or generated content, uninterrupted availability, Pinterest distribution, impressions, clicks, rankings, sales, revenue or any other business outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IQPins is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate an account that violates these Terms, creates security or payment risk, infringes third-party rights or harms the service. A reversed or charged-back payment may close paid access, remove recoverable credits and place the account under billing review.
You may stop using IQPins at any time. Stopping use does not itself create a refund or convert unused credits into money.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated version and effective date will be posted here. Where legally required, we will request renewed acceptance or provide additional notice.
11. Applicable law
These Terms do not limit mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law. Any governing-law or dispute rule applies only to the extent it may lawfully do so.
