1. Acceptance
By accessing or using IQ Pins, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The IQ Pins service
IQ Pins helps businesses create original Pinterest-ready Pin drafts from their own products, articles, URLs, files and other business materials. The service may include content import, Pin draft generation, keyword support, board mapping, review workflows, scheduling and analytics.
IQ Pins may be updated, changed, suspended or discontinued at any time. Some features may be available only to approved beta users, paid customers or users with a connected Pinterest Business account.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your IQ Pins account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. User content and generated content
You retain ownership of content you provide to IQ Pins. You grant IQ Pins a limited license to process, store, transform, display and use your content as needed to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content, products, images, claims, links and generated Pin drafts comply with applicable laws, Pinterest policies and third-party rights.
Generated Pin drafts may require human review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing.
5. Pinterest connection and third-party services
IQ Pins is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest.
When you connect a Pinterest Business account, you authorize IQ Pins to use granted OAuth permissions to provide requested features, such as reading boards, creating selected Pins and retrieving analytics where permitted. You can disconnect access according to the product settings or Pinterest account controls.
Your use of Pinterest remains subject to Pinterest’s own terms, policies and guidelines.
6. Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually through a third-party payment processor. Prices, limits and features may change. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Refunds, free trials and early access pricing may be handled according to the plan terms shown at the time of purchase.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use IQ Pins to:
- violate laws, platform policies or third-party rights;
- publish spam, deceptive, misleading, infringing or harmful content;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation with Pinterest;
- attempt to collect Pinterest passwords, cookies or unauthorized credentials;
- circumvent review, consent or authorization workflows;
- interfere with IQ Pins systems, APIs or security controls.
8. Intellectual property
IQ Pins, including its software, design, text, graphics, workflows and brand elements, is owned by IQ Pins or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer or misuse the service except as permitted by these Terms.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” IQ Pins does not guarantee specific traffic, revenue, rankings, impressions, conversions or Pinterest performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQ Pins will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, violate platform policies or use IQ Pins in a harmful way. You may stop using IQ Pins at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of IQ Pins after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
