1. Acceptance
By accessing or using IQPins, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The IQPins service
IQPins helps businesses prepare original Pinterest-ready Pin drafts from their own images and business materials. The service may include content preparation, board planning, client review, approved publishing support and scheduling.
IQPins may provide managed publishing support only for client-approved content.
IQPins may be updated, changed, suspended or discontinued at any time. Some features may be available only to paid customers or users with a connected Pinterest Business account.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your IQPins account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. User content and generated content
You retain ownership of content you provide to IQPins. You grant IQPins a limited license to process, store, transform, display and use your content as needed to provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content, products, images, claims, links and generated Pin drafts comply with applicable laws, Pinterest policies and third-party rights.
Generated Pin drafts require client review and approval before IQPins provides managed publishing support.
5. Pinterest connection and third-party services
IQPins is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest.
When you connect a Pinterest Business account, you authorize IQPins to use the secure account connection process to support account review, board planning and managed publishing support for client-approved content. You can disconnect access according to the product settings or Pinterest account controls.
Your use of Pinterest remains subject to Pinterest’s own terms, policies and guidelines.
6. Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually through a third-party payment processor. Prices, limits and features may change. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Refunds, free trials and introductory pricing may be handled according to the plan terms shown at the time of purchase.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use IQPins to:
- violate laws, platform policies or third-party rights;
- publish spam, deceptive, misleading, infringing or harmful content;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation with Pinterest;
- attempt to collect Pinterest passwords, cookies or unauthorized credentials;
- circumvent review, consent or authorization workflows;
- interfere with IQPins systems or security controls.
8. Intellectual property
IQPins, including its service platform, design, text, graphics, workflows and brand elements, is owned by IQPins or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer or misuse the service except as permitted by these Terms.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” IQPins does not guarantee specific traffic, revenue, rankings, impressions, conversions or Pinterest performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQPins will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, violate platform policies or use IQPins in a harmful way. You may stop using IQPins at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of IQPins after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
