IQPins (“IQPins,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Pinterest keyword research, public account analysis, content-planning and Pin-creation tools using user-provided queries, URLs, files and other business materials.
IQPins is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email address, company name, account settings and login information.
- Workspace content: queries, URLs, instructions, uploaded reference files, saved keyword lists, account projects and generated images and text.
- Billing information: payment amounts and currencies, processor fees, payment status and identifiers, access periods, service-credit ledger records and the accepted Billing Policy version. Payment credentials are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored directly by IQPins.
- Usage data: pages visited, feature usage, device/browser details, IP address, timestamps, log files and approximate location inferred from IP address.
- Support communications: messages, requests, files and feedback sent to IQPins.
Essential cookies maintain account sessions and protect forms. Cookies and browser storage also remember interface preferences and whether you have acknowledged the cookie notice. The notice acknowledgement is stored for 90 days.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and manage user accounts;
- research public Pinterest data and generate the images, text and account plans you request;
- provide support, troubleshoot errors and improve the service;
- process payments, maintain access and service-credit records, and send transaction receipts;
- send service-related notices and product updates;
- protect the service, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate IQPins, such as hosting providers, payment processors, email providers and support tools.
When you request AI-generated content, the instructions, source text and reference images needed for that request are sent to the configured AI service providers. Do not include confidential information or personal data that is unnecessary for the requested output.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
5. Data retention
We retain account information while the account is active and retain billing, support and security records as needed to provide the service, troubleshoot issues and comply with legal obligations.
Users may request deletion of their account and related data by following the instructions on the Data Deletion page.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal information. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account access and stored information from unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
IQPins is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
