IQPins (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Keywords, Accounts, Profile Branding, Account Blueprint and My Pins. These services use the searches, public Pinterest links, instructions and files you provide to research, plan and create content.
IQPins is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email address, account settings and sign-in information.
- Workspace content: searches, links, instructions, reference files, saved keywords, account research, profile designs, account plans and generated Pins.
- Billing information: payment amounts, currencies, fees, status and references, access periods, credit history and your acceptance of the Billing Policy. Payment details are handled by your chosen payment provider; IQPins does not store card details or wallet passwords.
- Usage and security information: pages and features used, browser and device details, IP address, sign-in times, activity records and approximate location based on your IP address.
- Support communications: messages, requests, files and feedback sent to IQPins.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and help protect your account. Cookies and browser storage also remember interface preferences and your acknowledgement of the cookie notice. We remember that acknowledgement for 90 days.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and manage user accounts;
- research public Pinterest data and generate the images, text and account plans you request;
- provide support, troubleshoot errors and improve the service;
- process payments, maintain access and service-credit records, and send transaction receipts;
- send service-related notices and product updates;
- protect the service, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate IQPins, such as hosting providers, payment processors, email providers and support tools.
To create AI-generated content, we share the instructions, source text and reference images needed for your request with our AI providers. Do not include confidential information or personal data that is unnecessary for the content you want to create.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
5. Data retention
We retain account information while the account is active and retain billing, support and security records as needed to provide the service, troubleshoot issues and comply with legal obligations.
Users may request deletion of their account and related data by following the instructions on the Data Deletion page.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal information. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

We take measures to protect your account and stored information from unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
IQPins is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
