IQPins (“IQPins,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides managed Pinterest content services that help businesses plan, review, approve and analyze Pinterest-ready content from user-provided products, articles, URLs, files and other owned business materials.
IQPins is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email address, company name, account settings and login information.
- Billing information: plan type, subscription status, invoices and payment processor identifiers. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored directly by IQPins.
- Business content: images, titles, descriptions, destination links, board planning details and other materials users provide for managed content preparation.
- Prepared content: Pin drafts, titles, descriptions, destination links, board planning details, approvals, edits, rejections, scheduling status and publishing logs.
- Usage data: pages visited, feature usage, device/browser details, IP address, timestamps, log files and approximate location inferred from IP address.
- Support communications: messages, requests, files and feedback sent to IQPins.
3. Pinterest connection data
When a user connects a Pinterest Business account, IQPins uses a secure account connection process. We do not ask for, collect or store the user’s Pinterest password.
Depending on the permissions granted by the user and availability of the connection, IQPins may access account profile information, boards, Pins and publishing workflow permissions needed to provide managed publishing support for client-approved content.
Users can disconnect Pinterest access from IQPins account settings or by revoking access from Pinterest account settings where available.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and manage user accounts;
- store user-provided or prepared images for approved publishing support;
- prepare original Pin drafts, titles and descriptions from user-provided materials;
- support client review, approval, edits, rejections and approved publishing workflow management;
- provide support, troubleshoot errors and improve the service;
- send service-related notices, product updates and billing messages;
- protect the service, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We do not sell Pinterest connection data or user business content to third parties. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate IQPins, such as hosting providers, analytics providers, payment processors, email providers and support tools.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
6. Data retention
We retain account information while the account is active. We retain images, Pin drafts, approvals and publishing logs as long as needed to provide managed content services, maintain records, troubleshoot issues and comply with legal obligations.
Users may request deletion of their account and related data by following the instructions on the Data Deletion page.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal information. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect stored Pinterest connection credentials, where applicable, account access and user content from unauthorized access.
9. Children
IQPins is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
