1. Scope and acceptance
This Policy forms part of the IQPins Terms of Service. It applies when you make a payment or use IQ Credits. Before checkout, IQPins shows the current policy version and requires your acceptance.
IQPins is not a bank, money transmitter or stored-value account. Real currency is used only to process and account for payments.
2. Qualifying payment and access
A successfully confirmed payment of at least USD 15.00 activates Keywords and Accounts for 30 days and issues IQ Credits at the grant rate shown before checkout.
A later qualifying payment renews access for 30 days from that payment's confirmation time. It resets the expiry from the new confirmation time; unused time from the previous period is not added.
Access remains active until its displayed expiry even if your available credit balance reaches zero. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or future recurring charge.
3. IQ Credits (IQC)
IQ Credits are service credits used only for eligible paid IQPins actions. They are not money, cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another user, resold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, and do not earn interest.
The current configured grant rate is 1 USD = 1 IQC. Each invoice stores its own immutable payment amount, provider fee, grant rate, credits, access result, expiry and policy version, so later configuration changes do not rewrite that payment.
While access is active, you may make a smaller payment from USD 5.00. A payment below the qualifying threshold adds credits but does not extend or reset access. Those credits receive the existing access expiry.
4. Checkout and payment confirmation
The Finance page shows the real payment amount, currency, payment-system fee, total to pay, service credits to be issued, access result and expiry before you leave for checkout. A provider fee is part of the checkout total and is not converted into service credits.
Currently available payment methods: PayPal, Crypto, YooKassa. Availability may depend on configuration, currency, region and provider operation. A payment takes effect only after IQPins receives and verifies successful provider confirmation.
Pending invoices expire at the time shown. A failed, canceled or expired invoice does not activate access or issue credits. A late provider confirmation is processed according to the immutable invoice terms where the provider and payment can still be verified.
5. Paid product actions
Keywords searches do not spend credits while access is active. Accounts includes the published initial Pin allowance; additional Pins require credits. Account Blueprint and My Pins are outside the Keywords and Accounts access gate, but their paid actions require enough available credits.
Before a paid action begins, IQPins shows its price in IQC. The amount may be reserved while work is running, charged as eligible work completes and released if the action fails or is canceled before the charge becomes due. Available and reserved credits are shown separately.
6. Access and credit expiry
Access and unused available credits expire together at the exact server-recorded time shown in your Finance page. At expiry, Keywords and Accounts close and unused available credits are removed.
A paid job validly reserved before expiry may finish and settle against that reservation. If it fails after expiry, only the reserved amount for that job is released; it does not restore an expired general balance or reopen access.
7. Final purchases and required refunds
Purchases are final once credits are issued. Unused credits do not create a cash balance or a voluntary refund right. No refund is provided for choosing not to use access, for spending credits, for unused credits expiring or for product output not producing a desired business result.
This rule does not apply where a refund, cancellation right or other remedy is required by applicable law. Mandatory legal rights take priority over any conflicting part of this Policy.
8. Reversals, chargebacks and billing review
If a confirmed payment is reversed, charged back or found unauthorized, IQPins may close Keywords and Accounts access, remove all credits that can be recovered from the account, record any unrecovered value and restrict the account while the payment is reviewed. Credits never become negative.
Already completed paid work cannot be undone merely by changing a ledger entry. A valid pre-expiry reservation may finish under the recorded reservation rules.
9. Records and time
Your Finance ledger records payments, issued credits, charges, releases, expirations, reversals and administrative corrections. Dates are displayed in your selected timezone; payment and entitlement decisions use server-recorded UTC time.
10. Billing support
Contact support@iqpins.com from the email address connected to your IQPins account. Include the payment reference and provider, but never send passwords, authentication codes or complete payment credentials. Response time is up to 72 hours.
