Keywords and Accounts remain open until the access expiry. A zero credit balance only prevents actions that require credits.
Keywords and Accounts close and unused available credits expire. A valid job reserved before expiry may finish; a failed job releases only its reservation.
No. IQPins does not publish through the Pinterest API. My Pins provides ZIP and Pinterest CSV/FTP exports for your publishing workflow.
