1. How to request deletion
To request deletion of your IQ Pins account data, email support@iqpins.com from the email address connected to your IQ Pins account.
Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
Please include:
- your IQ Pins account email address;
- your company or workspace name, if applicable;
- whether you want full account deletion or deletion of specific imported content;
- any Pinterest account username connected to the workspace, if known.
2. What data is included
Unless otherwise required for legal, security or billing reasons, deletion may include:
- IQ Pins account profile data;
- workspace settings and brand kit data;
- imported URLs, CSV files, RSS feeds and product data;
- generated Pin drafts, titles, descriptions and images;
- approval, rejection and scheduling records;
- stored Pinterest OAuth tokens connected to IQ Pins;
- support messages associated with the account where technically feasible.
3. Data that may be retained
We may retain limited information when necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain security logs, process billing records or enforce agreements.
4. Disconnecting Pinterest
Deleting IQ Pins data removes Pinterest connection information stored by IQ Pins. You may also revoke access directly from your Pinterest account settings where Pinterest provides connected app controls.
Content already published to Pinterest may remain on Pinterest unless you remove it directly from Pinterest or use available Pinterest controls.
5. Processing timeline
We aim to confirm deletion requests within 10 business days. Full deletion may take up to 30 days depending on account complexity, backups and legal requirements.
